Veterans Club Chairman Earns Nomination at "Klaipėda Book 2025"
At the "Klaipėda Book 2025" competition held at the Immanuel Kant Public Library in 2026, club chairman Vladimir Plotkin earned the "Most Popular Children's Book 2025" nomination with the book "The Book of Kindness. Džiuga", gathering a record 8,263 votes.

The chairman of the Klaipėda Criminal Police Veterans Club, Vladimir Plotkin, took part in the "Klaipėda Book 2025" competition held in 2026 at the Immanuel Kant Public Library of the Klaipėda City Municipality with the book "The Book of Kindness. Džiuga" and earned the "Most Popular Children's Book 2025" nomination, gathering a record 8,263 votes.
