Veterans Club Chairman Earns Nomination at "Klaipėda Book 2025"

The chairman of the Klaipėda Criminal Police Veterans Club, Vladimir Plotkin, took part in the "Klaipėda Book 2025" competition held in 2026 at the Immanuel Kant Public Library of the Klaipėda City Municipality with the book "The Book of Kindness. Džiuga" and earned the "Most Popular Children's Book 2025" nomination, gathering a record 8,263 votes.

This recognition is a significant acknowledgment of the author's creative work and his contribution to the history of the port city.
