Veterans' Gathering in Klaipėda

On 4 September 2026, the Lithuanian Criminal Police Veterans Association held a gathering in Klaipėda, which was also attended by representatives of the Klaipėda Criminal Police Veterans Club together with their wives.

The participants were welcomed by Algirdas Matonis, Chairman of the Lithuanian Criminal Police Veterans Association, and Vytautas Navickas, Chairman of the Lithuanian Police Veterans Association. The latter informed those present about the efforts being made to achieve the indexation and increase of Ministry of the Interior pensions.

The gathering took place in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Participants socialised and enjoyed the good mood and the music, which was provided by the Lithuanian Criminal Police Veterans Association.

Such meetings strengthen the veterans' sense of community, encourage mutual communication and help to nurture fine traditions of friendship and fellowship.
